Every order must be logged during your shift to qualify for compensation. Required fields:

⚠️ Orders not logged during the shift may not be eligible for compensation.
On-call participation is voluntary. When you claim an on-call window you are eligible for:
Base retainer (per window)$10
Callback 1+$5
Callback 2+$5
Managerial approval is required before clocking in. You may only clock in when actively beginning an authorized assignment. Monitoring orders or being available without an active assignment is not compensable time.
You are responsible for your own vehicle including valid license, insurance, registration, fuel and maintenance. The company is not responsible for vehicle damage or violations.

Zero tolerance: Do not perform services while impaired. Do not possess illegal substances while on assignment.

Travel time to dispatch at 19 S 16th St is not compensable.
All inventory must remain sealed and unaltered. Do not open, consume, or tamper with inventory. Failure to return inventory may result in responsibility for documented losses.

Deliveries require proof of delivery and age verification per company procedures. A delivery is not complete without required verification.

Hemp products operate in a regulated environment. Follow all lawful transport and delivery procedures.
If you are the last person at 19 S 16th St, you must:
Secure all entry points✓
Lock doors and windows✓
Activate security systems✓
Ensure property secured✓
⚠️ Failure to secure the building resulting in documented loss may result in contractor financial responsibility.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for all taxes and self-employment obligations.

Either party may terminate with 10 days written notice. Non-solicitation of company customers applies for 3 years after termination.

Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in New Hanover County. Governed by North Carolina law.
